Electro./Galvanic –  Zinc Plating: Barrel

  • The Barrel plating is used for plating large quantity of small articles, especially one which would not get damaged due to tumbling of the barrel.
  • Prime products being plated in this plant are: Fasteners, Special Nuts, Washers & small stamping parts etc.
  • We use Alkaline zinc plating process using well-know chemistry from: Atotech
  • Advantage of using Alkaline Zinc plating from Atotech electrolytes is: Outstanding thickness distribution even on complex shaped parts & also in blind areas
  • After electroplating, we use Atotech Passivates & sealers (as per customer’s specification) to guarantee that the parts achieve highest industry standard corrosion protection properties.

Electro./Galvanic –  Zinc Plating: Rack

  • The Rack plating means, the articles are hanged with thin wires or spring fingers on rack.  In this process the parts remain stationary, hence the rack plating is used to plate precision, delicat or larger parts.
  • Prime products being plated in this plant are: Shafts, Flanges, Bearing hubs, bigger fasteners & bigger stamping parts etc.
  • We use Alkaline zinc plating process using well-know chemistry from: Atotech
  • Advantage of using Alkaline Zinc plating from Atotech electrolytes is: Outstanding thickness distribution even on complex shaped parts & blind areas
  • After electroplating, we use Atotech Passivates & sealers to guarantee that the parts achieve highest industry standard corrosion protection properties.

Zinc-Nickel Alloy Plating: Barrel

  • The Zinc-Nickel plating is particularly demanded when extended rust preventive performance (> 25+ years of life time) may be required with the lowest deposit thickness. The Zinc-Nickel plated articles can resist more than 1000 hours in salt spray test without white rust – as per ISO 9227 / ASTM B117.
  • Prime products being plated in this plant are: Fasteners & Special Nuts for an German automotive OEM
  • We use Alkaline Zinc-Nickel plating process using well-know chemistry from: Atotech
  • Advantage of using Alkaline Zinc-Nickel plating from Atotech electrolytes is: Outstanding thickness distribution & controled alloy composition of Nickel between 12-15%
  • After electroplating, we use Atotech Passivates & sealers to guarantee that the parts achieve highest industry standard corrosion protection properties.

Zinc Flake Plating – Magni / Atotech

  • Zinc flake coatings compete against zinc-nickel platings, which offers corrosion protection more than 1000 hours in salt spray test without rust – as per ISO 9227 / ASTM B117. in last years there is a big competition between both technologies especially for fasteners in automotive industry. The Zinc-flake plating is clearly turned as winner because 1) Technological developments in the Zinc flake plating process 2)  Nickel getting expensive &  3) Zinc flake coating avoids hydrogen embrittlement on high-strength fasteners (>8.8 grades).
  • Prime products being plated in this plant are: Fasteners & Special Nuts for an German automotive OEM & small stamping parts
  • We are licence holders for Zinc flake technology from: Magni Coatings – USA & Atotech Germany GmbH
  • in addition, we closely collaborate with a Geomet plating Licence  holder to serve our customers for their specific need of coating as Geomet

CED / KTL Plating – Black

  • CED Coating also known as Cationic E-Coat or Cathodic Electro Deposition (KTL). In this process the electrical current is used to deposit liquid suspended paint on the metal parts. We use paints from PPG Coatings, which is a world leader in the CED coating industries.
  • Prime products being plated in this plant are: Precision shafts, Cast & forged parts, Stamped & fabricated parts.
  • With our Automatic plating plant + batch baking oven we can achieve excellent coverage & uniform film thickness

Dry Film Lubrication coat – Gleitmo

  • The Dry Film Lubrication coat is in demanded for stainless steel fasteners. This coat provides a very thin (~ 5 micron), Dry, Tough-proof and abrasion-resistant clear lubricating film on parts. The coating helps to achieve low friction coefficients / grooving torques for bolts & Nuts while tightening, specially needed for automatic bolting systems / using power bolting guns. The prime advantage of the Lubrication coat on stainless steel fasteners is to avoid seizures & galling while tightening.
  • We use Lubricating top coat as per Gleitmo 615 from Fuchs Lubritech GmbH
  • Our production capacity for the plating is between 3 upto 6 tone per day, depend on size of the parts.

Hot Dip Galvanizing

  • The Hot-dip Galvanization ( in short HDG) is a most trusted, simple & widely used rust preventive technique mostly for sheetmetal fabricated parts. The parts after pre-treatments are immersed in molted Zinc at temperature around 450°. The Zinc alloys with the surface of steel, making a natural plating thickness between 80 – 100 microns. our modern & high-tech plant offers us to achieve best quality platings adhering to standard EN ISO 1461 with high economy of platings.
  • Prime products being plated in this plant are: Laser cut & Fabricated steel parts, Weld constructions Heavy profiles etc.
  • Out Galvanizing kettle size is: 8200 x 1100 x 2000 mm
